THERAPEUTIC OFFERINGS

During the three-hour sessions, clients will engage in a variety of evidence-based therapies and activities to promote healing and personal growth. Our program includes:

  1. Individual Recovery Counseling: Clients will receive one-on-one counseling sessions with experienced addiction recovery professionals. These sessions are tailored to address individual needs, challenges, and goals.
  2. Group Therapy: Group therapy sessions provide a supportive and empathetic environment for clients to share their experiences, gain insights, and develop valuable connections with peers who are also on the path to recovery.
  3. Recreational Therapy: We believe in the power of recreational activities to aid in recovery. Clients will participate in engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities that promote self-expression, relaxation, and a healthy lifestyle.
  4. Physical Fitness: Physical fitness plays a crucial role in overall well-being. Our program includes physical exercise components to improve physical health, boost mood, and instill a sense of discipline and achievement.
  5. Victory Reset (5-day program): Our Victory Reset is a specialized intensive program designed to help clients reset their minds, bodies, and spirits. This immersive experience combines various therapeutic modalities, including individual counseling, group activities, and mindfulness practices.
  6. Breathwork and Meditation: Clients will learn techniques for deep breathing and meditation, fostering relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional stability. These practices promote stress reduction and help develop healthier coping mechanisms.
